Tsundere and Lightning - Nocterran Ferals

Monsters that live in the wilds are known as Ferals, monsters who have rejected civilized life in cities and towns. They tend to be much larger than Citizens, and much more prone to using violence to solve their problems. But Ferals are also less proficient at magic compared to Citizens (with exception to higher tier monsters such as dragons).
